Welcome to the corpus christi model railroad clubLocated in Corpus Christi, Texas, we are a free-lance HO scale model railroad club. The name of our fictional railroad is the Port City Southern, and it represents various parts of the Southern US circa the 60's to Present. Our club house is a 1950's era city fire station at 821 Louisiana, Corpus Christi, Texas. We are open from 6 pm til 8:30 pm Tuesdays and from 9 am until about noon on Saturdays. The layout encompasses about 400 l.f. of mainline and is total DCC. This website (and layout) is under construction so come back often to see our progress.The Layout has been completely Re Done, We now have several Areas under Construction Still but Trains Still Run, Lights, Bells, and Functions of a Real Railroad.
We exist to have fun! If you love model trains or have an interest in seeing what we're doing, feel free to stop by. Don't mind the mess though...we're in the middle of upgrading most of the layout. Like any model railroad project, building it is half the fun. UPDATE JAN 15, 2016 The club has gone under several area of re construction the YARD room is being built along with the passenger station and Donigan Plastics.
